Copyright Issues Part 2 

While the legal system is attempting to apply intellectual property laws to the new medium of the Internet, the Internet is unlike traditional media in many respects.  We will look at the basics of copyright and the specific issues related to copyright on the Internet.   

The issues we will focus on in Part 2 include: 

• caching

• linking

• framing

• copyright infringement liability

• Digital Millennium Copyright Act
